2700 Series
The Consolidated® type 2700 safety valve is designed to meet the fast growing co-generation and waste-to-energy markets.  This valve series satisfies the need for boiler safety valves from 600 psig up to 1500 psig applications.  The standard valve is supplied with flanged end connections, however, weld neck inlet connections can be supplied upon request.  The 2700 series product line is constructed to meet ASME Sections I and VIII code requirements using cost effective designs.  Consolidated's unique Thermodisc™ seat design for eliminating distortion due to thermal stresses, is the standard for this design.  The Thermodisc™ is designed to quickly equalize any temperature differentials, which results in less seat distortion and effectively maintains tight shutoff after many blowdowns.

3500 Series EBV
The Consolidated® series 3500 Electromatic Ball Valve is designed to provide automatic or manual overpressure protection for steam boiler systems.  Regular spring-loaded safety valves rarely pop in services when the EBV is used.  Set to operate at a lower pressure than spring-loaded valves, the EBV reduces safety valve maintenance substantially, conserves power and increases efficiency.  Located on the superheat outlet, the 3500 EBV can also be used to assist start-up and shut-down venting thereby reducing the need for additional valves.
