1900
Series
The Consolidated® Type 1900 safety relief valves
are designed to be highly adaptable in order to meet numerous
application requirements. The Consolidated Type 1900 safety
relief valve provides reliable overpressure protection for
critical equipment. The unique "eductor"
tube design reduces pressure in the bonnet, which minimizes
chatter and ensures that ASME certified relieving capacity is
available. Some additional options that make this product
line the most versatile SRV in the industry, includes liquid,
vapor, and steam trims, bellows construction, NACE trim, and
corrosion resistant materials.

19000 Series
The 19000 Series Consolidated® Portable Safety
Relief Valve was developed to meet the changing needs of today's
plant operating systems. The 19000 series surpasses ASME and
proposed CEN (European Standard TC-69) code requirements in
functional performance and overpressure protection. This
valve provides superior performance in seat tightness, capacity,
and blowdown on all media types. In most cases, no change in
parts for various media is required. The 19000 series is
available in a wide range of orifice sizes, pressure and
temperature ranges, as well as inlet and outlet connections.

Consolidated Type 39MPV pilot operated Safety Relief Valves meet
API 526 requirements. The MPV is offered as both a
non-flowing pop pilot and a non-flowing modulating pilot within a
single assembly. The unique modular design construction
allows for easy field conversion form one configuration to the
other.
